Great product and staff. We love our local Sears store.
Service staff is terrible. They were suppose to come work on our dryer they never showed up. When I called to check in they said they stopped by and no one was home. I was here all day even when outside when they called and said they would be here in 10 minutes waited over and hour and they never showed.
Great store, friendly people. Purchased appliances for a new house and was delivered promptly and installed without any problems. Josh was great and Richard too with the assist. Will always be back!
